- AD DEADLINE for December 2, 2007 seminar is NOVEMBER 10, 2007
- All ads must be camera ready
- Ad artwork will be returned only at the request of advertiser
- Our web designer is available for an additional fee for web ad graphics
- Advertisers assume all liability for ad content
- All ads must be paid in full prior to printing
- Ads may be mailed to Ice Managers, LLC at 1149 North 700 West, Centerville, Utah 84014 or emailed to Ann @ icemanagers.com
- Payment may be made by check or Paypal (account is "aelapolla@hotmail.com").
- Ice Managers, LLC reserves the absolute right to refuse any ad for any reason

Packages and Rates
Our goal at ice managers is to find a way to assist skaters of all levels and ages in perfecting their craft. We hope by making related companies easily accessible to skaters, everyone will benefit. Feel free to choose a package that fits your needs.

PACKAGE A: “SIMPLY WEB”
COST: $100.00 per year. One full year of advertising on our web site. National and international exposure. Includes web ad rotation on bottom/banner or right side/skyscraper ad with graphics. Link to your website.
PACKAGE B: “STEP IT UP”
COST: $300.00 per year. In addition to the “SIMPLY WEB” package, we will include your ad on all of our seminar and event brochures as well as our e-newsletter for one year.
PACKAGE C: “FULL FORCE”
COST: $500.00 per year. In addition to the “STEP IT UP” package, we will include your ad on banners placed around the rink , event programs and any marketing tools used to promote our seminars and events for one year.
PACKAGE D: “TO THE MAX”
COST: Event specific. Contact us for details, may include booths/tables at specific events.
