Schedule for Sunday December 2
Registration and check-in begin at 8:00 am. Classes begin promptly at 9:00. Lunch will be pizza and served at 1:00 p.m.
- 9:00-9:40
- grp 1 on-ice spins with Sheila,
- grp 2 on-ice drill class with Audrey and airtime testing with Trevor,
- grp 3 off-ice jump class with Kori
- 9:45-10:25 — rotate
- 10:30-11:10 — rotate
- 11:10-11:25 — ice cut and snack break
- 11:25-11:55
- grp 1 axel type jump with Kori,
- grp 2 loop type jumps with Audrey (Trevor will be doing polework with both groups)
- grp 3 The Language of Skating Sheila
- 11:55-12:25 — rotate
- 12:25-1:00 — rotate
- 1:00-1:45 — lunch
- 1:45-2:15 — G2C Dartfish video class
- 2:15-2:55 — split into 2 groups
- grp 1 dance conditioning with Kori,
- grp 2 off-ice harness and h/d class with Audrey and Trevor
- 2:55-3:35 — -rotate
- 3:35-4:00 — Parent Chat w/Audrey, Kori and Sheila, Skater's Quiz w/Trevor
Please bring off-ice workout clothes and shoes.
Audrey is bringing two more coaches with her! Trevor Laak and Kori Ade, Kori is the coach of last years juvenile boys champion. Sheila, Trevor and Kori are all available for private lessons after the seminar.

Our December 2nd seminar will be open to skaters of all ages and abilities. We will divide you in the appropriate groups. This includes adults and beginners. Everyone is welcome, and we think you will have a great time!
